Friendly and helpful mechanics, I believe they really went the extra mile in getting me back on the road when I found myself in a sudden jam. Close to home for me now, I would recommend based on my service!

We are pretty new in Rochester and Browncroft Garage was recommended to us by a neighbor. I have had to take my older car there a few times and each time I have been happy with the work done. Scott and his staff have taken the time to discuss my questions and concerns and I have been very happy with the quality of their work and their prices are fair. My wife and I need to look no further for a mechanic we can trust.

Scott and staff did tires, oil change, and inspection on my BMW in a timely manner and at a fair price. As always, other service concerns are noted on my invoice as a heads up, but not pushed because they are not enough of a concern. At 67 years old, I have finally found a garage that is trustworthy and didn't take advantage of me. I called the dealer and another mechanic I had utilized in the past about a problem I was having with my power steering locking up and the both said I could continue to drive the vehicle until I could get in to see them two days later. I need my vehicle so that was not an option. I called Browncroft and they advised me not to drive the car any distance or expressway as this could be a serious problem. They made an appt. for the following day, fixed the problem, explained everything and charged a reasonable rate. I can't thank Scott and Dan enough. I didn't think I would ever find a mechanic who was as honest, kind, and trustworthy as Scott and Dan

Scott and his team are some of the best in the field.....if you're looking for a trustworthy auto shop then Browncroft is the obvious choice.

The owner of Hooper Tires suggested I go here to get my inspection and work done. I went there for an inspection. The staff is super nice and efficient. I was in and out! I really like that I can set up an online account with them to see all the work that they did to my car, too.
