Work completed in a timely manner!

We were referred to Browncroft Garage by our own mechanic when he retired a few years ago. That tells you something already when your mechanic for 25 years recommends them. Full disclosure, we only take our 3 cars to them for the more difficult and puzzling jobs, but only because we live some distance away so it's a drive to get there. But man, these guys are GOOD! I can honestly say they've never disappointed us. We've never left there after their work was done without either full satisfaction or at least the steps and schedule for getting there. I highly recommend them!

Super friendly and professional and quick. They also have a great system for updating you on the progress right to your phone for you to approve individual items.

The brake pedal went to the floor on my 2018 F-150 on the way to work. I got it over to Browncroft Garage later that day. They had it diagnosed as a bad master cylinder and had all the parts ordered by the next morning. They got the truck back in service 2 days later with the brakes feeling good as new. Great communication from them letting me know all the what's, why's, & when's.

Staff is great. Always reasonable, honest, and don't try and upcharge.
