My Lexus is 16 years old started to have a lot issue latetly, like water pump, struck..etc..etc..after took it to Browncroft garage now it run like a new car again. I've been going to Browncroft Garage since the 90's. The original owner's wife and children lived across the street from us, so I thought that was as good of an endorsement as anything. It's always tough when you don't have a trustworthy mechanic, it can be a real nightmare. So, I took a chance and ended up with a garage I felt I could always trust to do the right thing. I'm one of those people that just keeps my cars forever, so I need a good mechanic. Obviously since the 90's Browncroft has had new management, but they still kept the same attitude and work ethic that has kept me going there all these years. So, all I can say is thanks guys/gals for giving me one less hassle to deal with in life.

We had no heat in our vehicle. Replaced water pump, fan, thermostat, flushed, replaced radiator. Needed to know if core was blocked and could it be cleared. These guys did an excellent job of diagnostics of everything EXCEPT the issue we came in for. Their professional opinion was, "no heat in cabin-has had a lot of cooling system repairs recently.". "No heat coming from vents". (NO NEWS THERE!) "Recommend heater core flush to start with.". YEP! That was our thought. So why were we charged a diagnostic fee, to tell us, what we told you initially?

Browncroft Garage is our go to shop for anything car related. They’re trustworthy, honest and genuinely kind. I’ve always felt comfortable there and find them to be very professional.

I have two vehicles worked on at Browncroft Garage. The first time that I used them was to diagnose issues on wifes 2009 Lincoln mks that dealer was giving me the run around and not solving the problem. Thanks to Scott and the crew at browncroft garage they provided me with a honest assessment of what the problem was. They took me in right away with a appointment. There after my 2019 Silverado broke down around the 4th. Of July. It had to be towed and due to the holiday, i was told that it would probably have to the following week before they could look at. Will Scott and Dan along with other members looked and provided with step by step details on what they found wrong. They provided options and cost along with recommendations.
