Very thorough but extremally expensive. Called another shop after they gave me a quote and was less than half of the cost they gave me. If you want to waste money, go here, if not I would try somewhere else.

We had some car problems while traveling through Rochester, and Browncroft garage was recommended by another shop. We were seen immediately by the owner of the shop who went out himself with the code scanner, diagnosed the problem, and made a super quick repair that fixed the problem immediately. He did not charge us a cent, gave us a thorough explanation, and even offered recommendations of what to do if we had problems in the future. We are blown away by this shop’s honesty and exceptional customer service, and recommend them highly.

They take pictures of what their recommending, and do a thorough inspection of entire vehicle. They also have a system where they have different levels of address as what to repair or not. I can say I'll be back if need more car repairs
