The work that was completed and performed by your team of great professionals was wonderful. My BMW is running and working just fine, your team of technicians and you did a fantastic service with discovering, diagnosis, communication, explaining and handling the situation with me was excellent. Your staff and you do an amazing job with first keeping the customer informed about the problem with the vehicle. Then explaining what needs to happen and the cost analysis that goes along with the problem. Your explanation for detailing if the issues are minimal or major and the long term effects for resolving the problems at the time is a great standard that your shop has for the customer. I have no complaints about the level of detail service that is always committed to all the vehicles that I have in my family inventory. Your team and you make staying on top of all my vehicles maintenance needs make me feel very confident and comfortable with your company. Thank your team and you for all the hard work, support, dedication and understanding, please keep up the amazing work that has been done.
