They are kind, friendly, very personable and honest. They are very helpful and offer suggestions when needed. They have the best price in town with a coupon for a full synthetic oil change!

These guys are awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. They have all resources possible near by related to car trouble. They help however they can in tight situations. Theyre very kind and understanding- if women are uncomfortable with garage environments, they should come here as its very different. The way they lay out the cost of each repair and photos helps to understand the prices better- garnering more trust in correct pricing. Absolutely my favorite garage ever.

They do a full inspection of your car when you first bring it in, no pressure to fix things but they will let you know if there's something dangerous you need to be aware of. Overall a great garage!

They were upfront with the work I needed done. I had received a previous quote from someone else and I felt they may have been high so I went to Browncroft and they did the work for less. The work was done professionally and timely. My old mechanic who retired recommended them to me. So glad they did. I now have a new mechanic.

TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE I've been a long time customer but we are done doing business as of today. Protocol is they send you an estimate and you select what services you are giving the okay to fix. Not today, just sent me a $600 invoice with two items I did not okay to fix (one I know I replaced myself). Specifically told the tech in a prior visit I had my own battery and they changed it anyway. Lastly, I get on site and they have no explanation for the difference in business operations. Something is going on within the business.

We understand your frustration and are concerned to hear about your recent experience. We've tried to reach you by phone twice to discuss this, as the work performed was for services you approved last month and scheduled to be completed. We are genuinely confused as to why this has become an issue and would like to clear up any misunderstanding. The guys at Browncroft have all been very flexible, thorough, and straightforward. I especially appreciate that they helped me prioritize what to fix first vs what could wait without trying to sway me one way or the other. I felt like I had all of the information to make my own decision. It’s the best experience I’ve had with a garage, and I can see why they are so highly recommended.
