To make a long story short, Browncroft saved me a lot of money after I questioned what the dealership told me what was wrong with my car and what they wanted to charge me. I just moved to Western New York state and my brother directed me to Scott at Browncroft. Scott, Matt and Dave went through everything, found the problem and it was nothing the dealership said it was. My car is old, 2004 Mercury Grand Marquise, and they located some other problems.
