Steve and his team have worked on several cars I've owned over the years and I've always appreciated their commitment to effectively listening to my concerns and thoughts.....taking that information into consideration, along with their diagnostics .....and explaining their findings in a concise manner, and discussing what options might be available and or what order/ priority any repairs should be done in. Now on the surface, it may sound like..."well that's what any shop would or should be doing". However, as I'm sure many have experienced, the truth is ..."many don't operate that way" I recently had a battery replacement done at my own request as I wanted a larger battery to properly handle all the new technology and data/ computer systems that operate even when the vehicle is off. Scott, not only got me in on short notice just before the holidays, but also got the repair, and programming the battery to the vehicle (by product of today's new tech and remote features and apps tied to the vehicle). Since the install, no more messages on my app saying my "vehicle is shutting down remote features to preserve battery". The new battery upgrade/ install by Scott & his team has eliminated any issues and I'm confident in the repair and the features working as intended/ I paid for.
