Browncroft Garage is the best! I appreciate how thorough they are and the full report I receive with detailed photos of everything they find. Along with the photos and info on suggested repairs, they provide clear estimates and a ranking regarding how much of a priority any recommended service is. Their customer service is top notch. They are always on top of all communication. They have done a lot of work on both of my cars (one of them was close to having a complete overhaul!) and they have my full confidence in both the quality of their work and their prices.

I have to start with how GREAT the staff is at Browncroft Garage! I have trusted them with my car MANY times over the years. I have an older SUV that SUDDENLY threw an engine light and was completely out of oil after just having an oil change (elsewhere - my fault!) 2 weeks prior. I called them and they were gracious enough to get my car in and check it out for me. Come to find the zub-zero weather we recently had in Rochester cracked the main rear seal and the oil was just running right out of my car! They kept me SAFE by looking over my car for me as soon as they could. They do NOT use pressure tactics or try to sell anything that's not necessary. They are honest and they are FANTASTIC!!

I've been going to BCG for a few years now, and for two different vehicles. The team is friendly and very detailed about the services they recommend and why they recommend them. The cost are outlined/itemized, and they are happy to answer questions regarding what severity of the issues, etc... I'll be coming back for future services.
