TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE I've been a long time customer but we are done doing business as of today. Protocol is they send you an estimate and you select what services you are giving the okay to fix. Not today, just sent me a $600 invoice with two items I did not okay to fix (one I know I replaced myself). Specifically told the tech in a prior visit I had my own battery and they changed it anyway. Lastly, I get on site and they have no explanation for the difference in business operations. Something is going on within the business.
