I have been going there since I moved from Texas to Rochester in 2019. They are one of the view shops that I was able to locate that felt comfortable inspecting my car. They are very familiar with the make and know how to go over the car to insure effective inspection has been performed. While waiting on my car, I have had the opportunity to observe a very positive refreshing rapport with customer that is often missing. This is how you grow your customer base. To make a long story short, Browncroft saved me a lot of money after I questioned what the dealership told me what was wrong with my car and what they wanted to charge me. I just moved to Western New York state and my brother directed me to Scott at Browncroft. Scott, Matt and Dave went through everything, found the problem and it was nothing the dealership said it was. My car is old, 2004 Mercury Grand Marquise, and they located some other problems.
