I brought in my 2014 Camry so that my muffler could be serviced and the team at Browncroft garage went above and beyond inspecting and working on my vehicle. They did not complete any work until I agreed to it, and they provided a really nice overview of what needed to be done plus other recommendations. They fixed my car the same day as my appointment and the price was very reasonable!

Steve and his team have worked on several cars I've owned over the years and I've always appreciated their commitment to effectively listening to my concerns and thoughts.....taking that information into consideration, along with their diagnostics .....and explaining their findings in a concise manner, and discussing what options might be available and or what order/ priority any repairs should be done in. Now on the surface, it may sound like..."well that's what any shop would or should be doing". However, as I'm sure many have experienced, the truth is ..."many don't operate that way" I recently had a battery replacement done at my own request as I wanted a larger battery to properly handle all the new technology and data/ computer systems that operate even when the vehicle is off. Scott, not only got me in on short notice just before the holidays, but also got the repair, and programming the battery to the vehicle (by product of today's new tech and remote features and apps tied to the vehicle). Since the install, no more messages on my app saying my "vehicle is shutting down remote features to preserve battery". The new battery upgrade/ install by Scott & his team has eliminated any issues and I'm confident in the repair and the features working as intended/ I paid for. If you're looking for a great garage for any repair needs, or your factory warranty has expired, I'd highly recommend "Browncroft Garage" without hesitation.

Our delivery vehicle got a flat tire not only did they fix tire but help deliver some packages and gave us a vehicle to finish route and repaired tire when we were gone. Much appreciated guys.

I would say very personable people, very interactive company and a good neighborhood mechanic. I just gotta say that my significant other was charged a pretty hefty bill that we still paid because we were in a bad spot just to replace a battery. We feel like we’re going to shop elsewhere moving forward to avoid a $700 for a battery replacement

It's very rare that I feel strongly enough about a business to post a review, but Browncroft Garage is the exception. They were recommended to me when I first arrived in Rochester about 7 years ago and I've never looked back. Everyone at Browncroft I've interacted with in that time has been professional, trustworthy, friendly, and willing to discuss the specifics of what my car needed, why, and how soon. Prices are fair, scheduling should be done ~2 weeks in advance, and in my experience turnaround has been very fast (almost always same day unless parts need to be ordered).
