Great services!!!

Brought my vehicle in (vw tiguan)after I had a diagnostic performed showing me which issues it had. They insisted on running their own diagnostic only to conclude the same issues i already shown them and there is nothing they can do about the issue. They advised me to take it to the dealership. They took half off the diagnostic price but telling me from the beginning they wouldnt be able to fix it would have saved us both time and money.

Great place. My go-to place to get work done on my car. Very friendly and they offered me a loaner car to use while mine had to stay there over the weekend. It was super easy and very convenient. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

The entire team has been extremely helpful and patient. I had an instance where they told me I had one issue occurring with my vehicle so I took it to the dealership where they would be able to repair it under warranty and was told that the issue wasn't present. After bringing it to another location of the dealership, the problem was found to be present and was fixed. Scott and the entire Browncroft team went above and beyond in attempts to help me in the situation dealing with faulty evaluations from the dealership.
