One of the best local places that you can go to for repairs. The technicians that work are really kind and very transparent about the repairs that need to be done and they also have a website where they’ll send you the quote of repairs and also send photos of if there’s any issues with the vehicle itself. I went for my first visit a couple days ago and just overall loved the experience a lot that I’ll be sure to come back again.

Browncroft Garage has been my go to auto repair shop for over 10 years. Most recently I had a dreaded check engine light and multiple problem codes on a 2010 vehicle with over 130K miles. The lead mechanic provided me with a detailed report with recommended repairs. The staff did great work and my old vehicle is back on the road again and running well.

I have been going there since I moved from Texas to Rochester in 2019. They are one of the view shops that I was able to locate that felt comfortable inspecting my car. They are very familiar with the make and know how to go over the car to insure effective inspection has been performed. While waiting on my car, I have had the opportunity to observe a very positive refreshing rapport with customer that is often missing. This is how you grow your customer base.
