Very professional. Great guys

Ive Been a Browncroft Garage customer for several years, and have always been extremely pleased with their service! I feel safe and confident when I drive away , knowing that it was a job well done! They are all very professional, down to earth, courteous knowledgeable, I really appreciate the care that they take in explaining the issues that need to be addressed, they even show pictures that they have taken of the parts that need servicing.

I can't even begin to speak highly enough of this location. The transparency and attentiveness is phenomenal. Honest and upfront and prioritize what is more important and or crucial. Didn't try to upsell me or talk me into other services they recommended based off their findings (which I will be getting everything taken care of here). I was getting the runaround from a local Mavis location, I called Browncroft Garage. They explained everything to me, informed me of everything that was happening during the process, they take photos and even post the scanners readings. And they showed and informed me of the brakes (I just had done by mavis several days prior) that were installed incorrectly. The only issue I have with Browncroft Garage is that I didn't find them sooner! Haha. Amazing place, amazing work and amazing staff!

Took my truck in for the yearly inspection and found one of my rear brakes was not releasing which is required to pass inspection. I was informed of the issue with a price for the repair. I gave them the go ahead to do the repairs so they could pass the inspection. They are a top level service garage and are highly recommended for anything that is needed on your vehicles. I’m a regular customer and will continue to use them for any services I may need.

My first time having work done at Browncroft Garage. Very impressed with the staff and thoroughness of their mechanics to diagnose issues with my daughter’s car. And they were able to complete the work the same day which was very much appreciated. Will definitely return in the future.

Rochestrians: note that this is NOT the same garage as Browncroft Service Center. Two different outfits entirely, with striking differences in reputation. These guys are absolutely top notch. They are straightforward with pricing, thorough in their reporting and record keeping (pictures and status reports every visit), and creative in their solutions when working on older cars. Always honest, friendly, and extremely communicative. You don’t find a quality garage like this often; I actually bring my mother’s car from out of state here because there’s not a garage there that compares.
