We started using Browncroft Garage after the Car Dealers started changing owners for the cars we owned. The service at Browncroft is as good as the best dealers used before, prices are better and access and pick up is always quick. I have already referred them to friends and family.

I feel comfortable dropping off my vehicle the night before getting my vehicle serviced as well as needing to at times pick up my vehicle after hours. I appreciate them offering a lockbox to be able to pick up the car after hours. Also, the new text/email communication system of showing you images, notes, and recommendations of what needs to be done along with being able to approve/ deny what services you want completed and being able to pay online. I am new to the Rochester area and didn’t have a recommended mechanic so I just chose one (wasn’t Browncroft) and it was a horrible experience, so I looked for a new mechanic and was told to check out Browncroft… BEST recommendation ever! I'd been looking for a repair shop with knowledgeable staff and real mechanics. After several disappointing attempts I went online and decided to try Browncroft Garage. Best decision I've made, couldn't be more satisfied. Mike explained everything to me in terms I understood. The mechanics did a thorough inspection including taking pictures of each problem area. They followed up with repairs that when driving it now feels like a new car. Browncroft Garage provides competent, thorough and friendly service. I trust their work.
