I recently found a screw in my tire and Browncroft was able to get me in the same day. While I sat and waited for my car, I saw them work with several customers, treating each one with kindness and attentiveness. They worked on my car quickly, and I was out the door in no time. For my money and experience, the best shop in Rochester. I've been here twice now, and both experiences have been fantastic. They're not pushy with anything, completely transparent on what needs to be done and why (while explaining it in a way that makes complete sense to someone who is not well versed in car things!), the photo previews and text messages covering everything are so helpful, all while being super friendly and respectful. Just an all-around great place to bring your car. Cannot recommend them enough.

Friendly, professional, and their online access makes booking and service in general a breeze. I am able to check what recommendations they have from my phone in the middle of the meeting, without needing to take a call - and even let them know which of the recs I want to move forward with and which I do not. Have been a customer for a few years now and have always been pleased with their service of my vehicles. Couldn't imagine a better experience and couldn't recommend more.
