Update 11/3/22: Browncroft Garage remains the best mechanic garage in the area. I brought a used van in to Browncroft for a pre-purchase inspection. The service was quick and incredibly thorough, outlining a number of recommended repairs before purchasing the vehicle. Upon bringing the van back to the dealer with the list of recommended repairs (a printed, formal document from Browncroft with photos and detailed explanations), the dealer commented that he was impressed and had never seen such a complete and detailed pre-purchase inspection. The dealer agreed to the repairs and I brought the van back to Browncroft to ensure the dealer did proper work. Again, Scott and his team at Browncroft Garage provided quick and excellent service. I’m now the proud owner of a reliable, new-to-me used vehicle thanks to Browncroft! Based on previous reviews, I took a chance and brought my car to Browncroft Garage for a NYS State Inspection on my vehicle, knowing that the car needed breaks and likely needed other work as well. The guys at Browncroft were friendly, upfront, honest, fair and quick. I had my car back within a day with a new set of breaks, some other minor required work, along with my NYS inspection. I would recommend this service station to anyone!

We stumbled across this garage because of AAA years ago and they have been our go to since! The first time I went I was with my husband, and they still talked to me directly about the car, they didn't default to 'ignore the girl, the man will know more car stuff so I'll talk to him' which is so refreshing and very appreciated. We have always have great experiences with them and they are so thoughtful and understanding. On top of treating our service with the urgency we feel, they always give us a lower cost option if possible which is amazing. So grateful we found them.

The workers at Browncroft always provide great service at an affordable rate. Have been going to them for years. They are honest and fair and don't try to swindle you with your car and repairs! I also appreciate the lockbox setup that allows you to get your car after hours as I work long hours. Highly recommend!

I had an unfortunate situation with my vehicle recently..It was late afternoon, and suddenly my drivers side window would not operate, and was stuck in the down position..I took my vehicle here and was able to speak with Dan..I know he was busy, but he took the time to come out and check my window..He did what he could, and was able to get my window operating again..It's things like this that keep businesses alive, and customers returning..Thank you Dan!
