I am so pleased with everything about Browncroft Garage! Starting with Mike at the front desk, he’s attentive, knowledgeable and respectful and truly made me feel like a valued customer! This is the best garage in The Greater Rochester Area- honest, thorough and committed to your safety. No surprises. The online system they use is efficient and allows you to accept or deny the service you choose. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service at reasonable prices, with exceptional customer service.

We have had a excellent experience at the browncroft garage. My service advisor Dan has always answered the phone have never had to leave a message to reach him very unusual these days. Our service technician Connor has done marvelous work on both of our BMWs. Work has been thorough explained in detail and done professionally and properly. I believe that the culture of this garage starts from the top. Scott was very interested in meeting us and happy that we were happy with the service that we received. I would not hesitate to recommend this garage to family or friends!

Great service, very easy to work with them. You can pay your bill by text. I like they can leave your keys in a dropbox outside with a code so you don't have to rush to pick up your car.
