I have found over the years that this garage has competitive pricing and is fair with reliable work. I have been using this garage for over 20 years.

I took mu car in for NYS Inspection. They called me with several other problems. I approved and they fixed everything.

I live around the corner so it's the most convenient shop for me and I've been going to this garage for literally decades. New owner in the last ten years and still a great shop: great communication about what needs to be done and why, they'll work with you on prioritizing what is more urgent and what can wait, and I don't feel pressure to have things done by them that I can either wait on or do myself. Maybe not the cheapest but I've never had an issue with the work they've done and they are very thorough. The only downside is, and this is more FYI, they usually book appointments 2 weeks out so don't procrastinate on that inspection or funny sound.

They were nearby and took me home and picked me up when the car was done. We had lots of work done over several visits, so it cost us lots of money. It's not cheap keeping your car running these days. I specifically liked the photos/videos of work that needed to be done. They worked with me since I could do some needed work myself. The car runs nice and smooth now that the struts were replaced, and it runs cool with the air conditioning compressor replaced. They also did some emissions system repairs that were needed. I'll keep on going to Browncroft Garage as I have for several decades.

Drained and flushed tranny, quick, on point with recommendations for any possible upcoming issues. Though I try to do as much work myself I would definitely use these guys for any of the more difficult tasks as I am physically limited as to what I can or can't do. I've been looking for a place like this for years, they do excellent work! They have a customer for life.

Always excellent service! Communication is great, the work is top notch and never any pressure. They perform a complete inspection of the car every time and let you know anything that they might find or recommend. When you call or text to discuss a service item, you get fair and honest information. Wouldn’t trust my Volvos to anyone else!

Requested a quote online and heard back from them within an hour. Their estimates were on point, they initially estimated my repair to take about 3-4 days, but they ended up sending me a quote the same day with options for how I wanted to proceed and explanations as to what was going on, all automated with prices and sent via text. They then had my vehicle ready that same day I approved and even vacuumed my vehicle for me. Overall a great and quick experience.
