I highly recommend Browncroft garage because I trust them with servicing my vehicle the past 6 years. All of the crew are professional and easy going people to communicate with. I appreciate their transparency, recommendations, and going above and beyond for their customers. I feel comfortable dropping off my vehicle the night before getting my vehicle serviced as well as needing to at times pick up my vehicle after hours. I appreciate them offering a lockbox to be able to pick up the car after hours. Also, the new text/email communication system of showing you images, notes, and recommendations of what needs to be done along with being able to approve/ deny what services you want completed and being able to pay online. I am new to the Rochester area and didn’t have a recommended mechanic so I just chose one (wasn’t Browncroft) and it was a horrible experience, so I looked for a new mechanic and was told to check out Browncroft… BEST recommendation ever! I'd been looking for a repair shop with knowledgeable staff and real mechanics. After several disappointing attempts I went online and decided to try Browncroft Garage. Best decision I've made, couldn't be more satisfied. Mike explained everything to me in terms I understood. The mechanics did a thorough inspection including taking pictures of each problem area. So nice and thorough! Love that they take pics of car and of areas that are recommended for repair or maintenance, which are posted in the invoice. Dan also gave me a lift home and back to get my car. Great guys!

Fast courteous service

They are very knowledgeable of Toyotas, they are efficient, technologically advanced, clean, courteous and take the time to fully explain everything. They have saved us a lot of money once when they fought the insurance company for us. I recommend them highly.

Maintenance Advisor (Mike) was friendly and easy to talk to. Shop is close to my home. Dropping my car off easy and revealed system for after hours vehicle pick up that I found very convenient if I would ever need to use. Work I requested was completed and a text was sent advising/recommending further services. I was advised when Work was completed.

I'll keep it simple. Go here. They are honest and there's no pressure. They treat you like family from the first time you come in. This will be the only garage I take my car to from now on..trust me, these are the guys you want working on your car.
