They exhibit professionalism and quality work but they are the most expensive shop in Rochester

Great service, always helpful and accommodating. I had to line up service for my cars and service on my parents car. They worked with me to have all the work done in a way that didn't impact having to juggle 3 cars being serviced.

Found this garage when I moved to the area for a work contract. I move around a lot for work and this garage has been the best I've experienced hands down. Communicative, quick, and always friendly and flexible. I am sad to be moving and leaving this team behind- but I'll recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I moved out to Rochester almost 3 years ago and I was still heading back to Buffalo to get my car fixed which I found to be really difficult. I started researching places in Rochester and I found Browncroft. I am so thankful I did they have fixed my car twice now and I have an older car and every time I get my car back it feels like a brand new car. They work fast, keep in communication with you and allow you to select what gets done to your car. I love that they take pictures of what they will be doing and just keep you in the loop. Highly recommend, plus if your a women they treat you like a human which I appreciate because I haven't had that in the past.

Browncroft Garage is the absolute best place we've ever taken our car. The communication is like no other! They answer emails and or texts promptly AND honestly.
