First time customer and I am so impressed. Really appreciate that I was able to get in quickly, had good conversations with Mike and Dan, and was kept in the loop all of the way through. Felt like I was part of the process rather than being told what I had to do. Great follow-up, too. Hopefully, my little Fit won't need more work for awhile, but when it does, I'll absolutely go back to BCG.
