I don't know anyone who enjoys spending money on their vehicle. But the service here is very good. Similar experience to that of a dealership garage - photos and markups were offered via text after initial assessment. But only after a personal call to walk me thru the findings and what to expect in the workup. Clear information and expectations. Easy scheduling and easy drop off/pick up. Extra bonus to them because I live in the neighborhood and can easily hop on the public scooter system to speed my way down Atlantic from Winton. I would consider it slightly more expensive than average, but you're paying for good service and what seems yo be very honest results.

Every time I take a vehicle to Browncroft Garage it is a very positive experience. The way they show how much they care about their customers is amazing. From the moment you drop off, to the estimates they send electronically allowing me to review and authorize repairs, to the completion and pick up of the vehicle. These guys care about each and every vehicle and it shows!

I am a longtime customer and have been very pleased over all the years. Last visit I asked if they could repair a broken hatch latch, as it seemed to be a dealer type of repair. Yet they readily accepted and made quick work, removing interior panels to access the problem. I’m glad that they are there for our vehicle needs.
