Don't judge the shop by its outside appearance. This shop is high-tech, high-touch and focused on customer service. I have been getting my vehicles repaired here for years. Browncroft Garage is hands down the best repair shop in Rochester. The service managers are honest and their rates are reasonable - no shady stuff happening here! They actually take pics of all mechanical issues and text you their repair recommendations and then you can accept or reject any of the work - no pressure! I don't know of any other shops that do this. I recommend this shop to everyone. Check them out!

Always helpful. Always attentive to detail. Quality work. Sadly, quality work comes with a quality price. But if you are willing to settle for oats that have been passed through the horse once before, you can get a cheaper price. I hope I don’t have to take my car anywhere else. The service advisors, Dan and Michael, are always helpful. And they never make me feel like the consummate mechanical ass, that I am when they explain the intricacies of what might be needed.
