I have been taking my 17 y.ear old Chevy Impala to Browncroft Garage for many years. Scott and his staff are very friendly and accomodating. Scott always talks to me about what the car needs and the pricing beforehand. The most important issue is trust. I trust what they say and do. For an old car, I can thank them for its longevity. Based on previous reviews, I took a chance and brought my car to Browncroft Garage for a NYS State Inspection on my vehicle, knowing that the car needed breaks and likely needed other work as well. The guys at Browncroft were friendly, upfront, honest, fair and quick. I had my car back within a day with a new set of breaks, some other minor required work, along with my NYS inspection. I would recommend this service station to anyone!

Friendly and helpful mechanics, I believe they really went the extra mile in getting me back on the road when I found myself in a sudden jam. Close to home for me now, I would recommend based on my service!
