I am a longtime customer and have been very pleased over all the years. Last visit I asked if they could repair a broken hatch latch, as it seemed to be a dealer type of repair. Yet they readily accepted and made quick work, removing interior panels to access the problem. I’m glad that they are there for our vehicle needs.

And all of them have been serviced with great success and skill by the team at Browncroft automotive. I have no complaints about their performance on all of the vehicles I own. I have the greatest respect for this company.

I love Browncroft garage!!! Probably the most ethical car shop I’ve ever been to. I went in for an oil change, and there were a couple of minor things that they reported on my car. I asked them for their advice, and they actually encouraged me to save my money for larger issues in the future rather than the small issues now. Such a refreshing change from my experience at other shops where I felt so taken advantage of. Will absolutely return to Browncroft.
