The guys at Browncroft have all been very flexible, thorough, and straightforward. I especially appreciate that they helped me prioritize what to fix first vs what could wait without trying to sway me one way or the other. I could not be happier about the service provided by Browncroft. We bought a car that needed a LOT of work. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient with all our questions/timeline, and went the extra mile to make sure the car was back to running like new. They were the "2nd opinion" and ended up the better opinion. No place else I'd go in Rochester now.

This is the first time Ive gotten my car serviced since I moved to the area. Browncroft Garage was recommended on social media and I gave them a try. Im very happy I chose BCG! My car was repaired quickly and for a fair price, communication was outstanding and thorough, and the staff is very nice. My car now runs beautifully again.

Browncroft Garage diagnosed my engine light cause and quickly and rofessionally repaired it. They do not try to sell you on extra wotk that can be done, but simply provide suggestions. I know when I get work done here, it will be done correctly and they will stand by their work! Love the text communication option!
