I have two vehicles worked on at Browncroft Garage. The first time that I used them was to diagnose issues on wifes 2009 Lincoln mks that dealer was giving me the run around and not solving the problem. Thanks to Scott and the crew at browncroft garage they provided me with a honest assessment of what the problem was. They took me in right away with a appointment. There after my 2019 Silverado broke down around the 4th. Of July. It had to be towed and due to the holiday, i was told that it would probably have to the following week before they could look at. Will Scott and Dan along with other members looked and provided with step by step details on what they found wrong. They provided options and cost along with recommendations. Thank you all for professional service and looking forward to work with you again.

Been using Browncroft Garage for 10 years. They have kept my 2012 Accord on the road and running smooth during all that time. I want to take it to 250K and we're at 191K now! They get things right, and if by chance it something doesn't seem quite right, they make it right. They have bailed my wife's CRV's out numerous times with her failing to follow any regular maintanence! Ha! Bottom line: if you want your car to be fixed correctly, don't play around and get it to the Browncroft Garage.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff. Excellent communication. I also appreciate they maintain service records of my vehicles and send paperwork electronically (still will do paper too). They do quality work at competitive prices and stand behind the work they do. I've been a loyal customer for years, and will continue to be.

10/10 service!! Always nice to walk to your garage down the street but much nicer to be able to trust the mechanics working on your car. No surprise, rates are advertised and match your invoice, there is a very user-friendly website to check on your car during the day and the services that are required/should be done/can wait. I highly recommend!
