Tried to severely overcharge me. Won't be back

Had an issue with a light coming on and despite being short staffed, they immediately were able to help support and talk through options. They have also serviced our two vehicles many times - always clear, answer questions, are affordable & do a great job.

This was my first experience with Browncroft after having no positive results at a Honda dealership. Scott and his team were courteous and respectful, listened to what I had to say. They communicated frequently, with detailed accounts of what they observed, what was needed and why. I was amazed as I have never had this experience with any other garage. I am very pleased with the time and work they put into my car, and very pleased with the results! I think Browncroft is the best around!!

My 2011 Toyota Highlander needed a laundry list of items. Matt and the team at Browncroft Garage gave the vehicle a thorough once over, found the items that needed immediate attention, identified things that may become issues in the future and supported everything with photos and timely communication. I feel confident they do good quality work and get it done with a sense of urgency. With car prices seemingly out of whack with real life, throw in some tariffs for good measure and interest rates at silly levels, I gotta hang on to my old Toyota for as long as it can go. Browncroft is there to help with keeping things rolling.

Browncroft Garage has been my go to auto repair shop for many years. I have two vehicles with over 100K miles on each and the staff has been superb in diagnosing and repairing problems. They have solved some problems that were difficult to diagnose. They communicate clearly by phone and by sending photos with written reports on what they find. They are trust worthy in not trying to persuade you to do anything unnecessary. I highly recommend Browncroft Garage.

Always professional, fast, and educating me on what is needed now, they will never try to "make money" off their clients, we are treated like family. Convenient after/before hours drop-off, complimentary coffee, lovely service people and efficient fixes make this the only garage I would suggest.
