Excellent workmanship and customer service. They have been in business 100 years, that's a long time for a car shop. Nobody like getting their car repaired, it's expensive. When you do need it , Browncroft is the place. They fix only what needs to be fixed. They also get in touch with you a few days after repairs to make sure things are going well. Great shop!

Browncroft is the BEST – they're trustworthy, straightforward, reliable, and always provide excellent service. For several years, I've been taking my car to Browncroft for annual inspections, oil changes, and other random repairs that come with driving an older, used car with lots of mileage. The mechanics are friendly and honest, always going above and beyond to ensure that my car is fixed and safe to drive. Even after moving out of town, I still drive the 10+ hours home to have them inspect/register it because I know I'm in good hands. Recently, Scott helped me get reimbursed for the replacement of a part done by my mechanic in South Carolina – a perfect example of Browncroft's incredible customer service and support.

They are kind, communication was great, very honest and helpful. One time when I thought I had to get a new ignition The young fellow said try putting in antifreeze and it worked it started up after a few minutes! Now that is an honest mechanic that won't take advantage of a women!

I appreciate that they drop me off and pick me up. They look at the entire vehicle and make recommendations for us to consider in the future. Our inspection went smoothly, in no small part because they stay on top of pending issues.

I feel comfortable dropping off my vehicle the night before getting my vehicle serviced as well as needing to at times pick up my vehicle after hours. I appreciate them offering a lockbox to be able to pick up the car after hours. Also, the new text/email communication system of showing you images, notes, and recommendations of what needs to be done along with being able to approve/ deny what services you want completed and being able to pay online.
