Browncroft Garage was recommended by someone who'd used them a few times. Our brakes needed work and our dealer offered appt in 3-4 wks. Browncroft offered option for 2 days, then assessment was complete in a few hours, I was sent images with their recommendations about brakes and more. I was able to choose what work to do, and car was ready early the next morning. Delivery of one necessary part was delayed so it did go overnight, and they were in communication about that issue. They'd otherwise would have completed work by end of day. Pleasant to work with, convenient, communicative, and clear: I could not have asked for more. I'm very satisfied and plan to use them again.

I love this garage. I don’t know anything about cars, everything is always explained well and I feel informed as to what is being done on my van. I love the system they use to tell you what they found and what repairs they suggest to be fixed. I will be having Browncroft Garage do all my repairs.
