I am new to the Rochester area and didn’t have a recommended mechanic so I just chose one (wasn’t Browncroft) and it was a horrible experience, so I looked for a new mechanic and was told to check out Browncroft… BEST recommendation ever! This is a honest place that does great work and wonderful customer service! Highly recommend Browncroft Garage for anyone in the Rochester area, you will not be disappointed. I'd been looking for a repair shop with knowledgeable staff and real mechanics. After several disappointing attempts I went online and decided to try Browncroft Garage. Best decision I've made, couldn't be more satisfied. Mike explained everything to me in terms I understood. The mechanics did a thorough inspection including taking pictures of each problem area. They followed up with repairs that when driving it now feels like a new car. Browncroft Garage provides competent, thorough and friendly service. I trust their work.

So nice and thorough! Love that they take pics of car and of areas that are recommended for repair or maintenance, which are posted in the invoice. Dan also gave me a lift home and back to get my car. Great guys!

They are very knowledgeable of Toyotas, they are efficient, technologically advanced, clean, courteous and take the time to fully explain everything. They have saved us a lot of money once when they fought the insurance company for us. I recommend them highly.

Maintenance Advisor (Mike) was friendly and easy to talk to. Shop is close to my home. Dropping my car off easy and revealed system for after hours vehicle pick up that I found very convenient if I would ever need to use. Work I requested was completed and a text was sent advising/recommending further services. I was advised when Work was completed.

I'll keep it simple. Go here. They are honest and there's no pressure. They treat you like family from the first time you come in. This will be the only garage I take my car to from now on..trust me, these are the guys you want working on your car.
