I love Browncroft garage!!! Probably the most ethical car shop I’ve ever been to. I went in for an oil change, and there were a couple of minor things that they reported on my car. I asked them for their advice, and they actually encouraged me to save my money for larger issues in the future rather than the small issues now. Such a refreshing change from my experience at other shops where I felt so taken advantage of. Will absolutely return to Browncroft.

Browncroft is always professional and direct. They don’t do unnecessary work and respect your choices if you need to wait or go in a different direction. They service all of our cars and I can’t imagine taking my vehicles to another garage.

My Lexus is 16 years old started to have a lot issue latetly, like water pump, struck..etc..etc..after took it to Browncroft garage now it run like a new car again.
